We cannot accept responsibility for;

1. Incorrect delivery details supplied.

2. The courier not getting hold of you when he tries to deliver your package to you.

3. You not tracking your own package to see the estimated time of delivery.

This results in your meat getting delivered after 48 hours after shipping or you not realizing your meat was already delivered.

If the mistake was made by the courier company that results in your order being delivered after 48 hours and the meat is not received well a claim against the courier company can be made for damages. You should then open the package and inspect the meat with the courier if you are not completely satisfied you can reject the delivery and tell the courier to return the package. The package was not delivered within 48 hours and was rejected by you, now the delivery can be documented on the courier system as rejected and the value of the delivery can be claimed back by us.
